SHOT BLASTING

Shot blasting is a mechanical surface preparation process used to clean and profile substrates before applying industrial coatings. It works by propelling abrasive steel shot or grit at high velocity onto a surface. The impact removes rust, mill scale, old coatings, oil residue, and other contaminants while simultaneously creating a controlled surface profile that coatings can bond to effectively.

CONCRETE GRINDING

Concrete grinding is the process of using specialized machines with rotating diamond-impregnated segments to smooth, level, and/or remove material from a concrete surface. It involves removing high spots, old coatings, or surface imperfections, then progressively using finer grits to achieve the desired finish, whether for repair, preparation for new flooring, or polishing concrete.

EPOXY REMOVAL

Epoxy removal is the process of stripping existing epoxy coatings from concrete floors so the surface can be repaired, recoated, or finished differently. It typically involves mechanical grinding or shot blasting (and sometimes chemical strippers) to break down and remove the hardened epoxy, followed by surface cleaning and profiling to restore proper adhesion for the subsequent flooring system.
